The Diocese of London and the Evangelical Church of Berlin-Brandenburg are delighted to invite any member of the Diocese of London to participate in the next London-Berlin Partnership conference, which will take place on Zoom on Sunday 11th and Monday 12th October.
Throughout the weekend two brief video clips will be available for churches to use. These will contain short introductions to the conference given by both the Bishop of London and the Bishop of Central Berlin, Ulrike Trautwein.
On Sunday evening (11th October) at 6.00 pm (BST) there will be an online joint Evensong hosted by both St Luke, Kilburn and Heilbronner Parish in Berlin.
On Monday morning (12th October) 9.30 am – 12.30 pm there will be two lectures, each of 30 minutes on the subject of ‘A Theology of the New-Normal’. These will be given by Dr Christina-Maria Bammel, Director of Theology in the Berlin Landeskirche and Fr Anders Bergquist, Vicar of St John’s Wood. There will also be opportunity for a Q & A amongst participants.
