Parish News: Sunday of the Ascension and Seventh Week of Easter

Jesus ascends to the heavens, having promised the disciples that he will send the Holy Spirit. That moment we will celebrate next week on the feast of Pentecost. He makes another promise, that the apostles will be his witnesses to the ends of the earth. We are the living proof of that promise, witnessing to that same faith to which the men of Galilee held fast.

The Annual Parochial Church Meeting is this Sunday 21st May at 12.30pm.

National Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham, Norfolk, Monday 29th May, 12 noon. You can join Ernest on the coach departing from All Saint’s Margaret Street W1W at 7.30am and returning in the evening. Cost £20; email office@asms.uk to book your place.
