Teaching video: the doctrine of concomitance.

Lots of people are asking questions in social media about how we should celebrate the Eucharist in a time of COVID pandemic. Why do we receive in just one kind? Is that good or bad? Could we celebrate the Mass in some other way? Why do we believe receiving just the host is sufficient?
