Parish News: The Third Sunday and Week of the Year

To what words do we pay attention? The chatter of the world and the self-centered, or the words of eternity and peace? This 3rd Sunday of the Year is designated by the Church as the Sunday of the Word of God. The focus is on being open to God’s Word: through the Holy Scriptures and through the Divine Word himself, Jesus Christ.
