Parish News: The Second Sunday and Week of the Year

“Speak Lord, your servant is listening” responds Samuel. He is always ready to listen to the voice of Eli, his master, and the Lord his God. It is so easy to be enitrely caught up in ourselves, in our own worries and concerns that we do not listen to others. But if we all respond with the readiness of Samuel, everyone will be heard – and all will hear God.
