Parish News: Sunday of St Benedict

This Sunday at 11am we celebrate our parish festival of St Benedict, our patron saint. Jonathan our bishop is coming to baptise and confirm. The mass will be followed by a bring and share parish party – so please bring food and drink to share! It promises to be a joyful celebration and I look forward to seeing you there.

St Benet’s is self supporting: we receive no regular central church or government funding, so you can donate using card online to support St Benet’s: and every penny really does count! You can also donate by cash or card in person, by texting BENET followed by your donation amount to 70450 to give that amount. Or why not set up a regular standing order with your bank?

Festival of St Benedict our Patron
On Sunday 5th July at 11am Jonathan our bishop will be here on the Sunday of St Benedict; mass will be followed by a party and a bring and share lunch. Please be sure to come to support our candidates and plan what food you are going to bring to share.

On Thursday 9th July at 7pm there will be a Votive High Mass and Procession of the Relic of St Benedict followed by drinks. The Preacher will be the Reverend Philip Corbett SSC, Vicar of St Silas and Holy Trinity, Kentish Town.
