Parish News: Sunday of the Assumption and Twentieth Week of the Year

This Sunday we celebrate the Assumption which marks the end of Mary’s earthly life and her assumption into heaven to be crowned by her son Jesus as Queen of Heaven. We give thanks to God for this great privilidge granted to her and ask that by her prayers and the merits of her Divine son we may join them there.
