In this Sunday’s Gospel, we hear about Saint Thomas, who does not believe until he sees Jesus risen. He is often called ‘doubting Thomas’, though he really is ‘believing Thomas’ – it is just that he wants to see for himself. Are we like him ready to believe, and looking for the signs that Jesus lives? Or are we yet more blessed “who have not seen and yet believe”? The readings for this Sunday are available here. Please pray for: The Faithful departed Georges Iskandar is to be ordained to the sacred order of Deacon by our bishop Jonathan at 11am on Saturday 28th June at Saint Andrew Holborn, EC4A 3AF. Please pray for him now as he prepares and come to the ordination in June.
