It seems that often those who commit evil deeds go unpunished, whilst those who try to do what is good are unrecognised. Jesus’s first disciples thought the same. And so he encouraged them, and encourages us, always to pray and not to lose heart – for in the final judgement, all will be held to account. The readings for this coming Sunday are available here. |
